Since when does going to or being a medalist in the Olympics equate to a boxer being great as a professional. Hell, Loma was one of the most decorated amateurs ever, but he still has 2 losses in only 18 fights. There are many that qualified and took home medals from the Olympics that never had the same type of success in their professional careers. Also, when at the age where most fighters are preparing for the Olympics or amateur championships, Haney was already fighting as a professional in Mexico because the age limit is lower to begin professionally.
