I don’t think there’s just one type of physique that is optimal for being a hard puncher. You see fat guys, short, stalky guys, short armed skinny guys and bulky muscle heads who can knock people’s heads off their shoulders. There’s way more to punching power than simply body type. I can’t even tell if you hit hard based on the video you showed. Are we supposed to judge it based on the sound it makes?? You might be a hard puncher or you might be feather fisted. The video doesn’t tell us one way or the other.
