Eddie Hearn : We ACCEPT 60-40 For Fury/Joshua!!...

...but only in December (which is already booked = fight's not happening in 2022).

So, NSB, some of you said that Usyk was DUCKING because he couldn't make the date.

    Is Joshua also ducking...?

Floyd Fury vs Manny Joshua has just begun.

Expect the fight somewhere around 2026.

Why can’t the fight be made December 17th?!

of course it can! There’s nothing happening at Millennium stadium on December 17th, it’s free and available so fury and Warren can’t moan about this date

Apparently Warren has something booked for December dates. Don't know more details than that.

They probably are targeting a specific stadium due to the size of the match.

Why can’t AJ be ready on December 3rd? It’s 3 full months away. Ample time.

Lol I've always suspected it but this kinda proves that Joshua is an absolute buffoon and he'll be beaten from pillar to post by Fury.

The last thing he needs is a big title fight after two losses. He needs to rebuild and acclimatise with a good trainer. There is nothing to suggest, especially considering his post fight outburst, that he is emotionally (let alone physically) ready for the top flight.

This has alwyas been his problem. Catering to the audience and his ego. If he declines this fight it wouldn't be a duck. It would be what just about every fighter with a modicum of common sense has done...matchmake.

It's not ample time. We all know this. Fury is merely exploiting the narrative.

I think part of the problem is what damage you took in your last fight. Especially at the larger weight classes and when you're no longer in your 20's.

Fury wasn't fighting - so he'd be naturally be the fresher guy come fight night.

You're basically asking Joshua to purposely put himself at a disadvantage to prove something to you instead of simply booking it when Joshua or Usyk are fully healed and ready to go, because it's not going to change the draw anyway.
