I don’t know how many times i have said it since Fury KO’d Whyte… I said if Joshua wins we get back to back Fury/Joshua & if Usyk wins we get Fury/Usyk then Fury/Joshua regardless if Fury beats Usyk or not. There is too much money at stake for that fight not to happen.

Imagine one of the biggest barriers to this would be AJ’s DAZN contract, can’t imagine Frank or Arum would be keen to do a co-presentation with “the app” as Frank calls it, and DAZN won’t be keen for AJ to step away from their platform at all (but especially not immediately!)
So, my take on it is that it won’t happen, and it’s just Fury trying to pressure Usyk to fight when he’s a bit injured.Comment

Apparently Uysk is injured? So why is Fury calling him to fight asap, knowing full well that he can't
Gotta call him out for appearances i guessComment

Usyk called him out after the joshua rematch. Then when Fury told his handlers to make it happen Usyk said he would fight him when his injuries healed. No one is afraid of anyone. The fight will happen. You can bet Fury wanted Joshua to win because undisputed with Joshua makes x10 more money than Usyk/Fury. Now the Fury/Joshua fight still makes more money than Fury/Usyk fight but just not as much…Why the *** would Fury be afraid of Usyk? He has 50lbs, 7” of height & about an 7-8” reach advantage. He also uses hid advantages not like Joshua. Fury is at a different level than Joshua.Last edited by joe strong; 09-05-2022, 10:52 AM.Comment
