Comments Thread For: Tyson Fury: If Usyk Fight Doesn't Happen, Then We'll Go and Offer Joshua The Fight

WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury is applying a lot of pressure on Oleksandr Usyk, who holds the WBO, IBF, IBO, WBA titles, to face him sooner than later.

AJ doesnt really deserve it coming off the losses, but I dont think anyone would really argue against seeing that fight if the Usyk fight cant be made, its still pretty big.

The Usyk fight will happen but Fury's right if it doesn't then send in the clowns, not at 50/50 though that's long gone.More like 70 /30 now. Joshua really needs rebuilding though , maybe for his own good.

Josh does 1000% deserve a fury fight, Josh did well in his rematch and Josh is better than any other British fighter not named fury. Josh.might have did better than fury will against usyk.
The issue is how much credit fury gets for a Josh win now? And thinking long term it will be a great win for fury

I dont think anyone deserves title shots vs the consensus no1 in the division when they're coming off of back to back losses. But it doesnt matter anyway, its still a big enough fight that nobody really cares about that.

Right on, but whether 50-50 or 99-1, let’s just have the fight. Let them worry about their pay cheques

Fury is trolling, Joshua will spend next year having stay busy rebuilding fights and Fury knows it. Expect Joshua fighting guys like Zhang, Hrgovic, Whyte, McKean.

It's very big. Possibly the biggest fight that can be made. Which is precisely why he would deserve it.

I guarantee you if fury don't fight Usyk, or josh next, fury opponent won't be as good as Josh is. So this not deserving a fight talk is imaginary barriers or excuses, whatever you want to call it.
it's about how much credit fury gets for the win. Chisora came off win against pulev but nobody would say chisora is more deserving of a fight! If Josh is a top 5 heavyweight he is a solid win for fury, and definitely worthy of a fury payday

The fight happens at least 2nd Q next year. Everyone knew Fury wanted one of his normal lame layup fights so that's nothing new. Bob is on board. The Arabs are on board. Sugar Hill (The dork in the vid with Fury is not his new trainer)is talking about Usyk in just about every video
