The first fight wasn’t close and Bivol has never fought at 168 and is getting olderIf Canelo beats GGG, and Bivol beats Zurdo, I want to see the rematch, but I want the rematch to be @ 168! Bivol offered to fight Canelo @ 168, and I think that;s great! Let Canelo put his titles on the line! If not, then vacate those titles, so others can move forward too!
I’d prefer him to fight Beterbiev which is much better fight imoComment

he has a shot at beterbiev as he's a hooker. Canelo's defense is specifically for hookers, which is why GGG(faster than beterbiev) had trouble landing power on him. Beterbiev doesn't have GGG's jab either.
by the time he fights Beter, he will also be close to 40.Comment

Nah - I'm not interested in seeing fights between drained fighters and good champions. If Bivol beats Zurdo I want to see a unification with Beterbeast. Canelo can fight benavidez or Charlo. If they BOTH win those fights (unlikely) they can rematch at 172 or similar as they will deserve to keep their titles. If Canelo beats GGG, and Bivol beats Zurdo, I want to see the rematch, but I want the rematch to be @ 168! I understand the risk of him losing @ 168, so if he doesn't want to fight contenders at 168, like Benavidez, and Morrell, then he should be stripped, so we can get momentum built back up in that division!
Canelo and Hearn wont allow that... its bad for there image if he loses, which i believe he would again. That way theres zero excuses about weight, no fall back. Atm they have that card that they playing and Canelo moving back upto 175 to challenge for greatness is always going to be the theme. If Bivol teaches him another boxing lesson, which i believe will be much worse as Demi knows exactly what hes dealing with this time round... doing that at 168 would solidify that Bivol is just better then Canelo. In which case Canelo becomes a AJ situation.

Bivol made the offer, so I don't have a problem with it! Canelo went to his division, and he took the risk, so Bivol coming down is only fair, especially since it was his idea!

I would love to see Bivol vs. Beterbiev too, but i'm not sure Arum wants to see it? Again, Canelo didn't ask Bivol for the fight @ 168, Bivol made the offer! B-Hop came down for Oscar, and he was older, and he still got the victory, by KO too! That win was huge for B-Hop, and it would be the same for Bivol!

This was Bivols quote “Maybe I can make 168. Before Coronavirus, I was 100% I could make [168], but coronavirus gives me more [weight]. I was sitting at home raising my fat.”
This doesn’t sound like someone saying let’s run it back at 168 and canelo asking to do so would only be another example of canelo trying to gain an unfair advantage over an opponent. As far as canelo fighting at 175, let’s not forget him walking into the ring at 174 pounds at 23 yrs old to face angulo. Imagine how much he’s weighed in the ring since. He wasn’t at a weight disadvantage vs bivol. He was at a height and skill disadvantage.
