I think so too, I don't think he has the goods to disrupt Loma.

It's not a given that Haney will win. While Haney is a faster and better boxer, Loma is a seasoned boxer, that can exploit some of Haney's amateur tendencies - especially late in a fight. Haney isn't the best at tying up his opponents late in a fight when tired. Loma will exploit this, along with Haney's other amateur flaws, just like Loma did when he fought Lopez. I do believe Loma is not as good as folks want him to be. While it's not a given, I think Haney has better weapons to secure victory....most likely on points.

I think it’s a 8-4 fight in favor of Loma. If it was a 7-5 I think I would be surprised to say the least. Loma learned a lot about starting a bit slow vs Teo. Also everyone seems to discount the fact that Loma had shoulder surgery the following day, for something that occurred prior to the fight. Gotta admit though, I’m excited for it; if it actually happens. I see Bill Haney pushing Devin to go to 140 vs fighting Loma…that would be a shame though!
Loma was tit for tat against Linares but Haney beat him 11-1/10-2.

Haney also beat the guy who beat the guy who beat Loma.

Sounded to me like Haney meant that he would fight Tank and then honor his contract by fighting Loma.

Reason am saying that is because close proximity of his Tank Davis offer to the Kambo fight.

He basically saying he can fight Tank immediately after Kambo, with no break in between.

Loma’s wearing his body out at a fast rate fighting as a daredevil at 135 instead of 130.

This macho career decision makes things more interesting, no doubt.

I make it 55-45 Loma if he’s in perfect health. He’ll need every tool.

Otherwise it’s closer. Haney is elusive—so elusive a lot of us find him boring. It’s going to be Haney on his bike sniping with the jab and Loma trying to close, and when he does, Haney holding.

But if Loma does get inside and has his hands free, Haney’s taking a beating. Again, if.

That’s because he’s basing his opinion on the matchup and their styles. Haney has the physical advantages plus the style that makes it difficult to see how Loma wins. Haney’s reach, jab, defense, and disciplined would make him the favorite going in in my opinion. Loma would have to open up and take the fight to Haney to have a real shot

I’m not a Loma fanatic! I actually rather like Devin. Styles make fights buddy. I just think that Loma has a style that will trouble Devin, nothing more, nothing less. I will say, I don’t believe in the triangle theories. But we all have our own opinions. Just do t label me as some Loma fanatic and we’re good man.

Okay, I say Loma will struggle to get past Haney's jab and when he does Haney will either turn with him or catch him coming in with counters.

So now we just gotta wait and see whose prediction comes true.

Maybe he should try those awesome fists pumps you were doing against Spence at the end of each round, that might work this time
