I hope I'm wrong and he still has some good fights left.

But I have a sad feeling when he goes back down coming up to an unnatural fighting weight will have affected him like it did Roy Jones.

I am not so sure that he really put on a massive amount of weight for the fight to begin with. I am thinking he put maybe an extra five pounds on to his frame but his natural walk around weight may have been in the low 140s anyway. This time he just didn't have to really make a large cut like he did to make sfw and lw just as most fighters do at the weights they compete at.

Kats also has a bad style for Marquez and JMMs best weights were 130 and less. But Kats has a little more pop then Juan Diaz but not alot. I don't think Kats has KO power, but enough power to keep the fighters he fights backing up.

He looked very chubby and out of shape against Mayweather. If he moves back down to 135 I think he could lose enough non muscle to be the same fighter he was against Diaz and Casamayor. If he moves down to 140 I don't think he would be that good, he would need a few fights to get used to it and big fight fighters like Bradley, Khan, Hatton, and the like would have him in retirement before he did get used to it.

He muscled up a bit. Hopefully, getting his body back to fit 135 won't hurt him.
