I can see what is coming. Usyk -Fury winner will vacate WBO title after the fight. Joyce - Parker winner will be promoted to the real champion next year.

I think what this does is after the undisputed title fight most expect Usyk & Fury to retire. Usyk has said as much & I only see Fury sticking around if he beats Usyk. He will probably vacate most if not all of his titles to face Joshua in a big money fight. He would be the true champion & won’t have to pay sanctioning fees. This would then make the winner of Parker/Joyce the full WBO champion since the winner is the interim champion.

I expect the Usyk/Fury winner to vacate all the belts that would leave the winner of the interim fight the full WBO champion. Usyk is retiring after the undisputed fight win or lose & Fury will maybe fight Joshua if he wins but he don’t need to bother with sanctioning fees if that is his last fight.

I don't mind Interim Title's cause no one ever tries to pretend it's an actual World Tile . The regular WBA Title is what I can't stand , just yesterday Tank tweeted too Haney that Issac Cruz knows who the real Champ is ,

Joyce - Parker will likely have a rematch next year, I guess. The winner of that rematch ( who will be promoted to the real champion, after Fury/Usyk vacates) will very likely fight Joshua, if Joshua doesn`t fight Wilder next year.

this interim title is justified because of the aforementioned reasons (double retirement, # 1 and # 2 worthy contenders). i estimate them (secondary titles) on a case by case basis. one can't get the full title like ken norton anymore so this is fine.
