Somebody said, in Africa you wake up running. If you're not running to keep from being eaten, you're running to catch something to eat. Before guns and cars, people were on the menu, running is a survival tactic. The great Achilles was known as the battlefield runner. If Wilder had moved, instead of letting Fury walk him down, he might have avoided that dented skull. They say he can't box. Me, I say, in the vernacular, he ain't got no legs.

id say wilder is just back for the cash & good luck to him too, he might actually knock some sense into that other donut that used to be his big rival when they eventually meet

of course its not worthless, but his point was that he has chicken legs so he doesnt run. running is good for cardio and conditioning not for buidling up chicken legs lol

There are ways. A weight belt for one, but if you have chicken legs, how is not running helpful?

Jesus there a far more effective ways of building up legs than running with weight belts on, are we living in the 2oth century ffs. Wilders problem is his lack of experience and IQ not his legs, those skinny legs and hips can generate an obscene amount of power. Its when a skilled man can take that power what's he going to do? you got to appreciate his story and how late he arrived on the scene but power only gets you so far

Runners have definition and muscle tone. To say running won't build up your legs isn't factual. I appreciate Wilders story, he said that he's talented and doesn't need to run. Like you say, his power is his talent and that played out with Fury.
