lol being outweighed by 25 pounds in the DLH fight.

    Really?

Oscar came in the ring at 179?

Floyd was 148 on fight night. Oscar was about 165. Whoops, I am off about 20 pounds. See but look, if he fights Mosley, you will say he ducked Cotto or Pac. He fights Cotto he ducked Margarito and Williams. The problem with you guys is you ***** and moan about who he doesn't choose but will never be satisfied with who he does.

I cant believe how much credit the lineal 147 champion former 154 pound champion is being showered with after beating a 36 year old career featherweight whose highest weight class of competition was 135 twice.

The agreed weight of 144lbs was already bad enough but it wasnt enough for the so called greatest boxer of this generation. He had to come in 2lbs over the limit. Instead of trying to lose weight, he uses money to placate marquez who has no choice but to concede the two pounds.

A lot of his fans say "well he doesnt really weigh that much during fight night"

SO WHY DID HE REFUSE TO GET WEIGHED IN ON FIGHT NIGHT?

Who knows how much he weighed when he came into the ring?

Last night's match up was a ABOMINATION. What is happening to our society that we allow, reward, & tolerate wickedness?

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.
Floyd owned him get over it..JMM is not crying you shouldnt either

So, again I ask, how much longer are we to wait?

We're at 4 years right now and the clock is ticking.
You're framing the debate around one topic when discussing his career as a whole. I didn't have to "wait" for him to fight when he was beating plenty of other good fighters. Your argument is about 1 time during his career; right now. All of his past fights at lower weight divisions; regardless of opposition are irrelevant to the discussion for you.

Hence the reason you're a hater. Just tell me why..... Did Floyd have sex with your sister and not pull out?

People whatever, mayweather whoops a smaller guy and now he should be ashamed?? But when dumb asss pacquiao beats de la hoya he is now "god"????, you guys are hypocrites, mayweather beat him on pure skill, thats it, stop making excuses, same people that said "oh mayweather is gonna lose to marquez" are now saying mayweather took advantage of marquez?? Gtf out, please im tired of this crap, mayweather is just too nice, simple as that, he has tremendous defense, and he's really perceptive, he's a smart and good fighter, pacquaio is gonna get whooped on the 14th, and if he so happens to win and fight mayweather, which i highly doubt, mayweather will retire pacquiao, pacquaio has flaws that mayweather will exploit to the core...let reality sink in, this isn't a video game!, sorry

Now, I'm not saying fighting a top WW is an attempt at pleasing haters as it's something everybody would like to see; but these arguments have been used before. Your argument sounds logical, and on the surface it is. But the argument has been used countless times in the past for Floyd and other fighters.

Somebody frames the debate around 1 issue. X fighter hasn't done Y accomplishment; and I wont respect him until he does. The problem is, there's hundreds and thousands of others calling for other accomplishments. Even if X fighter does the deed, there's still a lot of unhappy people.

This forum is becoming an echo chamber for the obvious. If floyd matters so little to you, and you hate him so much, why would you even care to continously feel the need to even give him the slightest bit of attention. Its threads like these, and the 200 other threads you have made about him, that contribute to you being just as bad as those you claim to be better than. I suggest you take a look in the mirror before you call anyone "shameless". Your posting habits are the equivelent of drive by journalism, as opposed to saying something meaningful. GetSumBrah, im sorry, but everytime you post its the same thing, you offer no real insight, and this topic itself is like something out of "US" gossip magazine.

Floyd's welterweight resume is zab judah, carlos baldomir, hatton, & sharmba mitchell. Where is mosley, margarito, clottey, quintana, cotto, collazo, paul williams, andre berto's name? Thats just at 147. @ 135 he fights castillo 2x, victoriano sosa, & philip ndou. Wheres acelino freitas, stevie johnston, paul spadafora, juan lazcano, & joel casamayor, dorin? @ 140 he fights demarcus corley, bruseles, & arturo gatti. Where's kostya tszu, vivian harris, ricky hatton, junior witter, miguel cotto, kendall holt, ricardo torres? When he was at 130, at 126 were pacquiao, morales, marquez, barrera, & hamed.

There are thousands like this. They wont stop now. I just want them to be honest with themselves and these boards.

Its been like this on this board ever since he left arum, and arum propped up margarito to make it look worse than the situation actually was.

You were here for that, so im pretty sure you know now just as it was back then, this board basically revolves around mayweathers every word and his every move. Until he loses, this is how its going to be, every victory will have a stipulation attached to it until someone takes him into deep water or makes him look uncomfortable.

I have been on here too long to even care to refute this. Your posts arent about his resume and they arent about what goes on in the ring. Im in agreement with Gomez. Just like Ferocity and countless other clones like yourself who have played this game on here for years, you basically revolve yourself around one fighter and then rip other people who are a fan of him, as if you yourself are in the right for opposing him. Its a tired act, and personally, if floyd is so shameless and so pathetic, what do any of those fighters have to gain by beating him?

Do you do this for anthony mundine? He runs his mouth as much as floyd and stakes his claim to being so great, yet he fights questionable opposition. How many threads do you make about him?

You want to refute your post with boxing? Floyd is undefeated, correct?
Floyd has fought at more divisions besides Welterweight, correct? Floyd's ability inside the ring is unmatched, correct?

Throw out names all day. Disregarding what they're doing at the time, what Floyd is doing at the time, and his time actually spent at weight is easy enough to do. Some of those names are so laughably out of context I'm surprised you had the balls to list them. You're not the first to ignore it and make leaps of logic nor will you be the last.. It's easy to do. There's plenty to choose from.

I have one important question: Would you favor a single one of those fighters at those weights to beat Floyd? Be honest.

btw: No, I'm not going to go person by person on your "list" pointing out why they couldn't/didn't fight. There's too many name and anybody with a modicum of boxing knowledge can see many fallacies in the list.
