I'm going to give Floyd a pass no matter what.

Sorry guy, but its been 4 years since hes been in the division and two since he fought Oscar,

and the best fights he could make were against a

    jr. welter

    and a

    lightweight?

WTF? he's been a welterweight since 2005. one fight at 154 vs oscar. JUST FIGHT A TOP RATED WELTERWEIGHT. If he beats them what else could US (haters) say or complain about? But he still has to do it.

Its common knowledge that pacquiao, cotto, mosley, is what fight fans & boxing scribes who fight scribes want him to fight. This information is out there. Nobody would deny mr.counterfeit cash this.

But dont say he wont get credit even if..... You gotta do it.
It's a tired argument though. Seriously, haters are haters. You can't please them. YOU. CAN. NOT. PLEASE. HATERS.

Now, I'm not saying fighting a top WW is an attempt at pleasing haters as it's something everybody would like to see; but these arguments have been used before. Your argument sounds logical, and on the surface it is. But the argument has been used countless times in the past for Floyd and other fighters.

Somebody frames the debate around 1 issue. X fighter hasn't done Y accomplishment; and I wont respect him until he does. The problem is, there's hundreds and thousands of others calling for other accomplishments. Even if X fighter does the deed, there's still a lot of unhappy people.

My favorite fighter of all time is salvador sanchez. mr.counterfeit cash will never ever come close to the love, respect, admiration, & reverence of a salvador sanchez, hell even a manny pacquiao. never.

You can earn all the money you want but you cant buy or trick your way to true love & respect of true boxing fans.

Is it better to loved or feared?

mr.counterfeit cash is neither. he isnt even respected by boxing fans.

            Tom,

With the greatest amount of respect....at what point do you stop ****ing your head against the wall?

Mayweather supporters are comfortable with it. The boxing community is comfortable with it. and the fanbase is comfortable with it. As evidenced by the strong sales he gets.

You have influenced zero people. Let it go, mano.

Look at you. Just look at you. You are blinded by either idiocy or bias.
How many times has Floyd fought since Oscar? Twice correct. Who'd he fight as you stated Ricky Hatton...do I even have to say who he is. You wouldn't give him credit for that fight if he had to surgically remove his fist from Hatton's face. Plus they were the same size with Hatton actually weighing more on fight night. Next he faces JMM and DOMINATES him. That's 2 fights. Now the problem with people like you is you want to ***** and moan about how he hasn't fought a WW when not only was this the first time he has fought someone smaller than him since what........2000 but you had nothing to say then when Oscar outweighed him by 25 pounds. Oscar was over the hill though right? Mosley will be over the hill, Pac will be a 115 pound fighter and Cotto will be spoiled fruit by the time Floyd faces him. You won't ever give credit so why act like you are sensible when it is clear you aren't.

Haters love to play the resume game with Floyd. It's easy to do when you're at the top, people constantly call you out, and you've moved divisions around often enough. Nevermine that his resume is one of, if not the best of active fighters in the game today. Granted it's been lacking in recent years but he filled it up for plenty of years with good opposition and it's not like he's beating bums even though people are complaining as though he is.

I'm not giving Floyd a pass. I dislike PBF and have never been a fan of his. But I respect his abilities. Watching him fight is a thing of beauty. Anybody he gets into the ring with is an underdog; and that's Floyd's biggest downfall.

I dont mind being called shamless and pathetic for liking a boxer by someone who makes it their mission on the board to discredit that very same fighter. The spectrum of obession mirrors both ways, to the point where its just as pathetic to keep this type of counterproductive posting and stating of the obvious, as it is to not see some of the flaws in mayweathers descion making and choice of opponent. This forum is becoming an echo chamber for the obvious. If floyd matters so little to you, and you hate him so much, why would you even care to continously feel the need to even give him the slightest bit of attention. Its threads like these, and the 200 other threads you have made about him, that contribute to you being just as bad as those you claim to be better than. I suggest you take a look in the mirror before you call anyone "shameless". Your posting habits are the equivelent of drive by journalism, as opposed to saying something meaningful. GetSumBrah, im sorry, but everytime you post its the same thing, you offer no real insight, and this topic itself is like something out of "US" gossip magazine.
