Warren has said both sides pretty much agreed 50/50, now it’s just down to offers the biggest site fee in the Middle East.

People putting too much stock in Fury saying he wants half a bil, that’s just Fury being Fury, placing himself as the main man. The fact he’s already said he’s keeping his WBC title officially and carrying on pretty much makes it look like a fight is going to happen and negotiations have already been taking place with his consent.

AJ might be technically better in some aspects

but Wilder is much much quicker and better at closing range with his feet and landing right hands.

Because of Wilder’s elite ability to do that, he’s actually a trickier fight for more skilled boxers than a very “correct” boxer like AJ.

AJ is flat footed, so if you’re good at dictating range and the pace of a fight like Usyk, then you can essentially draw AJ into a boxing match and he’s going to come off second best v Usyk every time. It’s more difficult to do that with Wilder because he can be in range much quicker.

I’d pick Usyk to beat Wilder too at this point, but Wilder’s best attributes make it much more likely he lands big shots on Usyk than AJ could. Then Usyk could be trouble.

Fury had no problems making the Wilder fights with PBC. Both when he was only with Warren and later when Top Rank were involved.

Fury needs an interim fight of some kind - too much inactivity when confronted with Usyk's hyper-frenetic style

I wouldn't be surprised if Hill and Fury pick Glowacki who is a southpaw, around the same size as Usyk and was giving Usyk that business. Fury can fight southpaw but can throw the shots while maintaining distance. Eastern Euro fanboys are going to be sick. Fury is going to beat Usyk. Undisputed, 3 Time Ring (tie Ali)
