Spence has gotten great TV ratings and his PPVs have sold decently, instead of being complete flops like Bud's. The purse split need not be 80-20 or something outrageous like that, but Crawford needs to accept that he is the B-side and be reasonable with his demands.
Bob Arum purposely kept Crawford away from Manny Pacquiao, which would've been a bigger fight than any Spence has ever been in, he's admitted this.

Haymon feeds popular Hispanic fighters to Spence.

That has less to do with Spence and more to do with PBC

At the end of the day the ticket sales and PPV numbers are what they are. Crawford has none of those numbers in his favor, he needs to accept his B-side status.

        I wouldn't call him B-side status.

        I'd call him A-minus status.

55/45 type split would be fair

Ok, I can agree with that. 55/45 would be fair.

But if Crawford is asking for any more than that then he is pricing himself out.

Yeah, I kinda agree with that.

On some level, he does have to be realistic with Spence having all the other belts, even if he is more accomplished, technically.
