Comments Thread For: Jared Anderson More Then Willing To Face Luis Ortiz vs. Andy Ruiz Jr. Winner Next

The somewhat bovine pace in which Jared Anderson's career is currently going, appears to suit him just fine. The 22-year-old heavyweight prospect from Toledo, Ohio, has laid waste to his competition through 11 pro bouts, a streak he hopes to continue this upcoming weekend. In front of what's expected to be a fairly jam-packed crowd at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this Saturday night, Anderson will take on fringe contender, Miljan Rovcanin.

A little too soon I think. All the talent in the world and then some but there are levels and he needs to take on a higher class for another 3 fights or so before jumping to the proper contender class

Describing Miljan Rovcanin as a fringe contender is being very generous.

There's no incentive for either to fight him! Jared is a monster! Would like to see him fight Efe Ajagba next!

As someone pointed out that he needs some decent journeymen names on that resume. Kevin Johnson, Jerry Forrest, Wach, Hammer or maybe Lago Kiladze. Get a couple of those names on the resume first…

Ruiz/Anderson would be a great fight. I think Ruiz wins but Jared moves really well, maybe he gives Andy too many angles

Too soon but hey if he’s game. I’d say someone like Chisora or Whyte would be more fitting if he wants to step up in competition.
