GK should resist doing interviews until the rematch happens. No shame in taking a loss to an elite fighter, but he's squandering all the good will he earned from the Lopez fight by making excuses. He's nothing like Teofimo, but he's best when he stays quiet training in the shadows. Would love to see him take the belts back from Haney who is the most boring fighter in boxing, but he'll have fight way harder and way smarter than he did in that first fight to do that.

It’s possible. He can Rocky Balboa it. Any given Sunday. Hit Haney on the of the head on the breaks all that Mayweather **** the casuals called a masterclass before Maidana did it to him and they cried foul. I mean Ortiz was giving him the business before he took a dive. So was Suga Shane.Last edited by Chris Hanson; 08-26-2022, 12:21 PM.Comment

Exactly this. He'd have to apply Joe Frazier type pressure all night, make it a dogfight, and try to get Haney out of his game. It's his only chance cause Haney's jab isn't the only problem for him, the speed, and overall fundamental skills are a step above Kambo.
I always pull for the underdog, hope it's a good scrap.Comment

the excuses fighters make today are absolutely PATHETIC they sound like the Trolling Losers Online seriously
dude also insinuated that the Ref didn't allow him to fight his fight in the 1st fight and that he hopes the Ref allow them to fight in the rematch, just weird all aroundLast edited by sicko; 08-26-2022, 01:17 PM.Comment
