Holmes is one of the greatest fighters of all-time and even as an old man gave prime Holyfield fits.

I wouldn't say he gave Holyfield fits, Evander just started hunting for the KO like he often did back then and it ironically gave Holmes chances and kept him in the fight.

Mercer, I mean did you see the fight? For large portions of the fight he just stood in front of Holmes getting peppered. It was downright pitiful.

Fury Size and Skills would be effective in ANY ERA regardless if people like him or not

as for Lennox, I'm Bias that is my favorite Heavyweight of ALL TIMES so Lennox at his Best I think can be anybody, anytime in Any ERA, of course you do have a punchers chance against Lennox

It was a great performance for Mercer, no doubt. But I personally had Lewis winning 7-5.

Both men showed a lot of grit and determination.
