Bad example. You can't say Plant ducked the best when it landed him a Canelo fight. Is that the ultimate goal for these guys? Land the BIG fight, right? A duck is someone who avoids fights and ends up facing tomato cans. That's not Plant in this situation.

Yeah, I commend his bravery but I suppose he does not want to remain a champion for long. Stay away from Stevenson. At least get some more experience under belt but no.

This fight, in Newark or NYC, is fire! Won't happen though! Go after Tank! Salud!

168 is a weaker division I mean Canelo holding all the belts but the contenders fighting each other, a faded fighter got a interim title shot, sanctioning bodies giving him the royal treatment of not fighting mandatories not until 2024. Contenders not fighting each other like Plant vs Dirrell is joke final eliminator and Benavidez is already the mandatory since he is the interim titleholder but 126 is more underwhelming than 130. 130 is unified by a very good fighter and he is a lineal champion at least.

I knew you would bring up Canelo, the only live guy on his resume. Of course it's everyone's goal to land someone like that because of the mountain of cash. Look what happened to him. Other than Clenelo, Plant hasn't fought anyone. He stands no chance of beating a Benavidez, who has been calling him out for years or a Charlo and list goes on. One weight class up are some pretty scary monsters. He better keep on fighting Vincent Feigenbutz or Mike Lee. I think washed up Dirrell stops him late.

                  LOL!

You clearly have something against Plant, but most weak males hold hold secret (and useless) vendettas against me who achieve more than them. Sadly, this is natural for most of you males.

Who is a live name on YOUR resume, sir? Waiting….

Point is, getting that BIG fight means you made it to the pinnacle of the division. It’s a milestone for most, if not all fighters. The money is one thing but the opportunity supersedes that in most cases, I’m sure.

As far as I see, Plant came up short in his biggest fights and hasn’t made the most of his opportunities. I can’t say the same about Plant.

You sound like a really fearful man and I’m sure you’ve been punched in the face a few times for that weak energy of yours. Move on, fella.

I have nothing against you. If you are a female, I am not trying to insult you. Just giving you my point of view. That's the problem with a lot of people here. When someone disagrees with or gives them their point of view, they resort to insults. I am not insulting you. Just talking boxing with you. I have been punched in the face plenty because I had laced up the gloves since I was a kid. I am not negative, I just enjoy debating the sport I love with others. God bless you
