You seem to be one of the only one that have their head on straight here lol.It is sport you win some, you lose some. All part of the journey, all part of the adventure and battle. It is the same way with life.
Nobody has been exposed. Anthony Joshua lost a fight, over 12 rounds on points 'Big deal'.
All these fighters people claim are fraud and are being exposed. Are the very same fighters you all talk about everyday, ponder about in your everyday life, and you are envious of them.
I think it is Joshua's critics who were really exposed on the weekend.
The best one is the people saying things like
'FINALLY, we see the real Anthony Joshua'
''We have got him, finally his mask as slipped'.
Yes and what did it reveal? A frustrated man who is a bit all over the place in the moment 'Wow, big deal'.
Nobody will obsess over the Usyk fights, because that is not the nature of most people in society these days 'It is about what is happening now'.
The only people who may try and obsess about it are, Joshua's critics, who vicariously live through the opponents that beat him, or in general anything negative that happens to him etc.
Me personally I am not a particular big Joshua fan, I am not a big fan of any boxer. My fighter was David Haye, and since his retirement? I have not really built a strong rapport with any other fighter. I was not devastated on the weekend, I was more disappointed in the fall-out 'It was quite a fall-out to the fight I will admit that'.
I think actually not having the titles and being able to work away from being in that spot 'Is actually a good thing for Joshua's career now'. We are entering into a new Chapter, where this chapter leads? Well that is what we are about to find out. It will be interesting to watch, does Joshua maintain his motivation? Does he will still believe that he can be the best? Or will he just keep things to himself and fight? All apart of the journey, if you are a real hardcore Joshua fan.
Mike Tyson was not a Champion for long periods of time in his career, I still watched his fights, and was still taken on a roller coaster 'As were many'.
It is just the game, nothing has been exposed, it is just the nature of the game, the nature of life.
Note: So to conclude, what has really been exposed is the critics. And the fact that some boxing fans seem to be glory hunters. This is not a mandatory, but if you like? I would like people to tell me on this thread, which fighters are they fans of? I want to see what they say, quote me and give me a list of current fighters that you support? I wonder if they have been exposed and lost any fights, if that is what you think exposure is etc.
the current fighters I support are tim tsyu, jermell Charlo,Brandon Figueroa, Joe Joyce, canelo Alvarez,Dimitry bivol, Virgil Ortiz, Emanuel navarrete, and plenty of others .

Cheers. Interesting fall out to the weekends fight anyway, very dramatic.
I did not actually enjoy the build up, or fight. It was not my kind of match up.
I have more enjoyed Davis vs Romero, Fury vs Wilder III, Eubank Junior vs Williams.
These are the fights, I have mostly enjoyed recently. I like overt passion, and raw competition.
Joshua & Usyk are admirable fighters, they say some respectful things. Because sometimes, I just want to witness really aggressive competition 'Inside and outside the ring'
It will be interesting what tone Fury dictates towards Usyk. Is Fury going to be friendly, or is he insulted that masses of people genuinely believe Usyk can beat him.
I rate Usyk, and I like him as a fighter. I never used to rate him very highly at all, that all change after the first Joshua fight.
I still think he has no inside game, or at-least has not shown us it etc.

Waah?
Do people even speak English on this forum anymore? The last couple people who quoted me could barely write a proper sentence. Wtf is going on with this generation or this forum? rofl. Sorry buddy, but if you can't speak English, you can't even hang at my level.

you got it wrong big guy. You was all for Joshua an what he is gonna do. He loses and you pull this out you’re backside?
Get a grip. You aren’t understanding it yet are you? People are upset with Joshua conduct post fight. And rightly so.
We as paying fans have had to put up with his and eddies shenanigans for way too long. Conning fans, ignoring fans, there’s so much they do, but how about them Never giving us the undisputed fight when they could of for a few years!?
Like thinking they will dictate to everyone involved in boxing. They’re diva tantrums when held accountable for their actions and so much more.
It’s the Anthony Joshua Fans who are much more intolerable and are the ones who people dislike. People dislike that toxic fanbase more than they do AJ or Eddie. they defend The most disgusting Actions of Joshua no matter what and have no intention in healthy debates.
These guys are beyond ******. Incapable of learning anything and have a condescending attitude about every single thing. They don’t contribute nothing in this forum besides bashing every heavyweight fighter who isn’t Joshua. And only popping up on Joshua threads to proclaim the man walks on water. Besides from that, they’re rude, arrogant and down right Disrespectful on here. They’re brainwashed and refuse to see anything from someone else’s POV.
People like myself and many others online have roasted the fanbase far more than they have Joshua. So if you aren’t a Joshua fan at all, why do you care, if you haven’t got a horse in this race, why would it trigger you’re emotions? Do you mind me asking this.
Trolling trolls and holding them accountable for all their Years of ******ity should happen more frequently.
TLDR: Eddie, AJ and their fans all need to understand that Popularity doesn’t equate to greatness INSIDE THE RING.
They used AJ Commercially brilliantly it’s amazing the venues he’s sold out well done. But nobody cares about that stuff too much in the history books.
hence why mayweather cares more about his PPV and money exploits far more than the consensus of boxing fans do.Last edited by RoadMan94; 08-24-2022, 03:46 PM.Comment

Have you just compared Joshua to Canelo and Pac-Man? Geez Louise. Come on. You have compared it. Lmfao. This kind of thread is created without fail for any popular fighter. From the greatest fighters, to the likes of Anthony Joshua. It’s always “member what people said” and “they were protected and are frauds”. Pacquiao was protected, drained everyone, only fought hasbeens, Canelo protected, cherrypicker, cherrypicked Bivol even (lol), Joshua, despite him fighting the top HWs of today, cherrypicker.
The fighter you hate lost. Let it all out.
About Wilder. Guy beat I think 1 top 5 HW. 1 top 10 HW And got beat up by a 3 yr retired Fury, who’s rankings were subsequently based mainly off just pounding on Deontay.
How on earth is acting this ****** easier and less time than just swallowing your pride, Holding up you’re hands and accepting you got it wrong.
I also dunno why you AJ fans literally mirror Eddie. At The post fight presser Eddie started mentioning people fury has fought and who AJ has. Nobody in that room had brought up fury.
Its one of the first things you and others have done. Why is that? Do you support Joshua simply because you don’t like fury? Why don’t you like Dubois and Joyce aswell? Did you know those guys existed?Comment

Somebody doesn’t understand the Ageing process in athletes on top of ring rust at age 41/42.
1) So when the undisputed fight with Fury was done and signed last year, then Fury pulled out and fought Wilder again - explain exactly how AJ ducked Fury.
Fury has 2 good wins in his entire career. And if Klitschko wasn’t in his prime when AJ beat him, then he can’t have been when Fury beat him either - unless he suddenly became shot without even fighting. Beating Wlad 7 years ago and only Wilder since then is not ATG material. You don’t get credit for posting you’ll beat everyone on social media.
2) Finkel has also said publicly on Twitter that they were offered more money to fight AJ than they were Fury. They cherry picked Fury instead and it went wrong. Again, please explain how AJ ducked Wilder given that factual information.
3) Ortiz was offered the fight when Miller tested positive, turned it down and in came Ruiz and beat AJ. Explain how that’s a duck from AJ too. Ortiz doesn’t even have one good win anyway.
I don’t even care about AJ. I don’t like his persona and I don’t care about any multi-millionaire sportsperson who doesn’t have any real worries like the rest of us. Wilder was/is totally delusional about his own ability, but I guess that confidence is what kept him winning. Fury is a head case who constantly lies and seeks attention by talking utter nonsense.
All I want to see is the top fighters fighting each other. But to blame one person for that not happening, the person who actually did try and make those fights and the contracts were there to be signed is just nonsense.
Put you’re head back in the sand after you’ve read this matey.Comment

If I see behavior which I disagree with on principle, I will if I can be bothered? Let people know that I disagree. I have disagreed with the weasel like opportunistic behavior during the fall-out to the fight 'That is how I see it'. Knocking a man while he is down, and trying to make out something really bad has been exposed 'When in reality nothing bad has been exposed, as I have explained in the post you have just quoted'.
you got it wrong big guy. You was all for Joshua an what he is gonna do. He loses and you pull this out you’re backside?

There are fighters I want to do well, but they are not on the level where? I will be devastated if they lose. To be honest, very close to this fight. I started to think more deeply about the match up, and for a split moment I thought to myself 'In the whole greater scheme of things, is there a worthy winner? And then I could not envision how Usyk was going to be denied 'For a split moment'.
This state I was suddenly in had nothing to do with boxing. I did not really enjoy the fight build up, or even fight itself.
I am not distancing myself from Joshua, when he fights next? I will watch his fights, and keep it real. I can see what type of fighter he is, and know where he needs to improve.
I did not like the fall out, and I also did not like how Joshua behaved 'But I knew he was suffering'. It is clear to see that he was all over the place, even the look in his eyes was conveying this etc.
What bothered me most was, him stating that 'He is not a 12 round fighter because he is 18 stone'.
You would never ever hear something so non-optimistic like that said by David Haye.
From what I can see Joshua is still obsessive, and he is probably going to obsess over trying to improve. I don't know where this next Chapter leads to? No idea.
Note: Fan bases these days to tend to be all or nothing. You can say the same for Fury's hardcore fans. I am unsure who I will back in the Fury vs Usyk match up.
Listen I know boxing fans are always going to be harsh critics 'I think this is apart of boxing culture'. Do I really want to phase this out entirely, maybe not, because sometimes boxing has these situations because of passion 'And I am all for passion'. But regarding this fight, I just think the fall out has been overly dramatic, and people have been very opportunistic towards Joshua.
