Comments Thread For: Benn on Eubank Negotiations: His Ego Kept Getting In The Way

Both as bad as each other TBH as it’s a fight between 2 average fighters who are simply being levanter by their fathers names , it’s as simple as that ..Comment

Going by the title of this thread, why are they still talking about the negotiations? What am I missing? Fight date is already announced all over the place. Can't these clowns just stay in their gyms and start making the weight?
Oh I see. ****** youtubers again asking ****** questions.Comment

You're being awfully dismissive. Connor Benn's career is just barely taking off and he's measurably improved each time out. He can challenge the WW fringe elite right now, but will he get that shot is another question.Comment

Eubanks gonna get knocked out and then say the weight killed him. (Which it probably will) I’ve seen / interviews of him since this fight was announced & in both of them hes alluded to him not being a dead man in the ring come fight night. Even went as far as to say that he hasn’t started training, hasn’t lost any weight and that he was going to enjoy himself in Saudi for a few more days, & THEN start training.
long story short, this is a dumb fight that shouldn’t be happening. But on the other hand, I understand these two really have very few credible realistic fights to be made so whateverComment

This 'fight' is on the back of other ridicuolus fights , neither have done ANYTHING to make this worthy of a serious fight with PPv status other than have their fathers name. Jr. said he will only be 60% and Benn has never fought above welterweight ....This fight is a complete Con and a money grab by the fighters and promoters who have the English boxing mugs over a barrow....! They will watch and pay for any old shyte Hearn and co. throws out and they throw out a lot!!Comment

That's what hatred do with people. Their brains got filled with garbage.
I'd agree that there's risks here for Eubank. But if you can't see that there are risks for Benn, then you are being selective in what you want to see. You claim Hearns fighters are protected and yet there's a glaring contradiction here. In the fact that one of his fighters is fighting two divisions higher than he should be. So in fact, not actually protected. Do you stop to think over a scenario before rambling on?Comment
