Can you imagine if the NFL said they were going to play the Super Bowl in UAE because "they throw money". That would really suck for us football fans in America. The fact is these fights should be where it's true fans are. Bivol v Zurdo should happen in LA period. PBC doesn't host fights outside of the US and TR rarely does either. Dazn has no choice because the whole "American takeover" has been shot to shyte and they have to recoup some money somehow! Damn won't they just GTFOH!

Lmao you are acting like the NFL has teams worldwide. Boxing is a worldwide sport it's not just catered to the United States even though the US is the mecca of boxing other countries deserve the opportunity to showcase high profile fights as well. Especially if the fighters are getting paid nicely for it and neither one is from the US.

As long as it's not a robbery I don't care that is in UAE. Good for me. Based on London I don't need to ****ing wake up to American Hours just to catch it on TV.

IMO, styles makes fights and Zurdos style will give Bivol all kinds of issues, for the simple facts that Ramirez is a lefty, has a chin, he's big and has a long reach, and throws punches in bunches. That makes him very dangerous for Bivol, who is a very good boxer, but he's robotic, fights at a certain pace ( that's why he beat Canelo, because Canelo himself fights at a certain pace) and will have issues with Ramirez high work rate. I might be in the minority but I smell a upset victory for Ramirez.
Bivol robotic and fights at a "certain" pace wth?? Canelo lost to Bivol because he was the complete opposite of what you've just tried to paint him as. Bivol is as about as fluid a boxer can be in there, almost linares'esque and varys his attacks in both placement and "pace".

Zurdo has looked like complete crap against faded once top talent in Hart,Sullivan and Gonzalez. I feel like this is Zurdo finally getting his cash out fight and that's exactly what is going to take place,Bivol cashing his ass out in easy fashion. Bivol in a 10/2 landslide.

About damn time for Ramirez. They milked the crap out of his record. It's long overdue for him to have a fight against an elite level talent. May the best man win.

                    I'm looking forward this one.

I was thinking of the state of 175 the other day and trying to keep track of all it's goings on :

So, Bivol defends his WBA title against Ramirez.

Beterbiev's defence against Yarde has been postponed. Meanwhile Smith won his WBC title eliminator.

Buatsi was ordered to face Johnson but skipped out on that as he's due to face Pascal in an IBF eliminator.

I think that's it all. Of course there's the dangling carrot of Bivol/Canelo 2, or a Bivol/Beterbiev unification. Hopefully it all takes shape sooner rather than later.

Zurdo is Longer and Stronger, Bivol faster id faster. It will be hard for Bivol to get in and hit Zurdo with that long Jab from Zurdo. Zurdo by KO. Bivol will be bouncing all night.
