No he did not. Hrgovic clear won 8-7 rounds. He wasn't himself, not showing up for any pre fights interviews, and looking out of focus during the fight. The press mentioned this. The knockdown was a cuffing blow being the head / combination push down, not a clean punch. There was also an early clash of heads too. Despite this dubious start he was able to regroup.
