I suspect he'll go for the latter and his commercial backing will be able to make those fights happen. Probably just an easy tune up in between.

Personally I think he should chase the money fights. They've still got to happen in this era.
The only big fights are Wilder and Fury, maybe Whyte 2. Would you consider Hrgovic/Bakole tune-ups?

All credit to fighting Usyk twice and showing plenty of ability and grit, but unless he fights Usyk again he doesn't really get to show he can improve.

The other fights out there for him are completely different fights.
Well considering Usyk is a much more polished boxer and has been boxing longer in general it's impressive enough.

He went from getting completely outclassed in their first fight to giving Usyk a competitive fight so if he can compete like that with one of the top tier heavyweights at the moment he can compete with the others I'm sure. I'm not saying he beats Fury if that's what you think but I'm sure he'd give a decent showing.

Usyk didn't look great and some rounds were close but my scorecard was 7-5 Usyk.

I have to say one thing here; I think having Robert Garcia in his corner really helped AJ.

I think he would benefit from keeping him around.

And when he twice took forbidden substances people forgave him because he had "mental problems". Unfair indeed.
