So where was this power and killer instinct against canelo? Ran like a poosy for 12 rounds.

Callum Smith really impressive so far at 175lbs i'm liking this version of him, dude is looking a lot better not having to drain himself to 168.

I have to say I like the ref in this fight.
He doesn't waste time posturing when breaking the fighters,
and he doesn't break them as far away as some ****** refs do.

Too bad that Callum Smith got intimidated by Canelo and the whole fight he was in the retreat. Now I have 0 faith in white non-Mexican fighters, especially European to get the job done in big fights.

There’s a big difference in draining yourself with little to no power and fighting at your natural weight that carries the power you have with you

Honestly I think it was the weight...showed in the rider fight...not the same guy that won the tourney

Smith doesn't fight at a fast intensity unless he knows he can hit his man, and he's apt to be punished for long-limbed wide shots. Compact fighters with good counters and strong understanding of range are anathema for that - John Ryder drew with Smith on my card, and Canelo's the apotheosis of John Ryder
