Yes he can be hit on occasion because he so aggressive, an on attack the other guy is covering up and thinking counter for the most part. That's the reason why he has been hit flush, and most importantly he can take it. Having said that he can work in defense. Molina by way way wasn't too far removed form flooring Wilder. They aren't " f- guys "
Emir Ahmatovic. I think my neighbour would knock that guy out in short order and she is retired.

However I do agree his resume isn’t particularily bad for 14 fights but at the same time there is nothing out there suggesting he is the next big thing. He looks very ordinary in every aspect except he has below average defence. He wasn’t being aggressive when Molina landed the overhand right multiple times. He just didnt seem to know what to do with that punch.

just bcs Fury or Wilder fought bums doesn’t mean he will be big also bcs he fights bums. Ahmatovic has only faces bums and he will never be a big thing. Or just bcs Wilder got hit by Molina doesn’t mean Hrgovic will be champ as well bcs he also got hit by Molina.

So all in all Hrgovic hype is based on him winning rounds against Ahmatovic and such? There is a case to be made that the HW division is pretty shallow in talent but it’s not THAT shallow. No way.

To the best of my knowledge, neither Hrgovic nor Zhang have really been tested - though if one had to pick Hrgovic has the slight edge.

We need to see more 50-50 HW match-ups; I think there's something to be said when a lot of fighters have less than 20 fights and are in their mid-thirties.

Jack has been a sentimental favorite of mine for a while - He came close to becoming a breakout star but just fell short - this would have to be his next to last crack surely.

Looks like Hrgovic is the next big hated HW fighter on NSB already simply for winning fights and getting some attention , he’ll be a close second after A.J when he also wins his fight tonight .

Hrgovic vs A.J is actually the closet thing we’ll see to a Lewis vs Klitschko type fight with similarities between those fighters when it comes around .

it reminds sanders vs klitschko, except the southpaw is bigger stronger and better punch technique in this case, both not much of a name yet , fought journey mans, zhang’s abit better as he scored two early round kos against durable lewis tested by takam and scott tested by such as magron, scott one punch cold , 270ibs of weight coupled with right technique produces big power, hrgovic hits hard as well but hasn’t shown early round ko power against durable opponents yet, ahmatovic was a lesser journey man and it took barrage of hrgovic’s punches to stop him early.
skill and stamina wise hrgovic better, but he does get hit often with his upright hands down lean back style, and straight punches are the kryptonite for that kind of style, while he’s not such a fast mover.
if Zhang zhilei doesn’t gas that southpaw straight left catches hrgovic upright and knocks him out, if he gas and hrgovic somehow finds a way to defend that straight left well, then hrgovic by late stoppage, but I pick zhang zhi lei simply because Of hrgovic’s upright hands down style against a hard good straight puncher.

I am working on my undefeated Heavy Weight prospect list today. It's a dozy. There is a lot that signals he the next big thing. His height, reach, power, skills, and chin for openers are all top drawer. He has blown away his competition as well. No prospect fights top ten opponents. He fights today, on the undercard of Usyk vs Joshua.
