Wilder gave Stiverne & Ortiz a rematch. Fury just made the 2nd defense of his title against Whyte

Wilder didn't "give" Stiverne anything he was inexplicably the mandatory after spending twelve years (sarcasm btw) on the couch and coming back in horrible shape.

And giving a rematch in what was a controversial fight is to be expected... that BS with the doctor in the Ortiz fight was disgraceful and Wilder knew it hence why he had to "prove" his doubters wrong in a rematch.

Exactly. Some folks are programmed to react negatively whenever the name Anthony Joshua and or Eddie Hearn is mentioned not minding whether it makes sense or not, true or false.

Wilder fought Ortiz twice and Fury rematched Wilder after fight 2

Yeah I forgot about Ortiz and already acknowledged it in another post. Fury had no choice. The point of the original comment was doing it voluntary. Fury tried to escape that 3rd fight.

And you think anyone else has a third fight after losing the first but winning the second?

                  How many can you name?

because there was no perceived need for a 3rd fight after the destruction in second fight

Perceived or not, it was contracted. That's the only reason that rematch was given. They tried to drop it and were forced by a judge.
