I have Joshua by KO in the 7th. I believe with Garcia in his corner, he will be pushed to be aggressive and turn into his body shots. He can't afford to let Usyk get comfortable and become the hunter. His 1, 2 should come with power and speed, and snap back in position for the counter. Joshua should fire at least 3 to punches with every combinations to make Usyk reset. Truthfully, it will come down to his confidence level. Ever since that first comeback knockdown from Ruiz, he has questioned himself and his ability to take a punch. If he has overcome that, he should overpower him early, and get him out of there.

Like he says in the article, it's different in the fight compared to in training so he will only find out on fight night. It's different when you have a guy like Usyk in front of you. Joshua is a huge, explosive guy so he will never have amazing stamina. He clearly trains hard and had gone the distance before though.

I was leaning towards AJ but just can’t see it happening
The only people picking AJ are the British natives
AJ questioning himself really makes me believe he still fighting the demons in his head

I find it remarkable how many people are underestimating Usyk ability to improve from the first fight. All you read or hear is how joshua needs and will change X,Y & Z , yet nobody wants to touch upon How Fight 1 Wasn’t the greatest performance of Usyk career.

Some people are very short sighted.

One thing Team Usyk said before the 1st fight…. See you in the rematch! They haven’t even put the pedal to the metal yet. First fight was the learning experience now they have a pretty good scouting report & have experience of what his skillset is. Joshua has the tools to win but Usyk already has s blueprint. Will the judges fudge the numbers in favour of Joshua? Does Usyk need a KO to get a draw?

I am rooting for Usyk to beat this guy. I want to be clear on that.
Now, what exactly is a blue print? Ruiz beat AJ so he had the blue print, yet he got beat in the rematch

His team’s blue print not mine. I have no idea what changes they will make. I’m an armchair fan who will be stuffing my face with pizza & beer. They were pretty confident going into the first fight so they have probably come up with some tweeks in their plan for this fight. Some things he can improve on that he didn’t show in the first fight. I think Usyk wins but if he doesn’t stop him I worry there will be some funny business on the scorecards due to Joshua/Fury being a lot bigger than Fury/Usyk. Hell Fury could sidestep undisputed & face Joshua with just the WBC title on the line if he doesn’t win the rematch. Usyk is an amazing talent but even with 3 belts is a Fury/Usyk generating more revenue than Fury/Joshua?
