Either the 40 comment is to generate hype or he didn't invest his $. The daughter's yearly health care bills must be insane in the US given her condition. Like Ortiz, this may be for the family.

What he means is that he is going to continue to fight as long as his body allows him to. We might as well face it; His passion for the sport is back. He said he had to do some deep soul searching before resuming his career.

History says once a limited fighter with big power gets that chin cracked they are never the same.
That aura of invincibility is gone and they aren’t as decisive looking for that one punch.
There are fights out there for him but I think he gets caught slipping again sooner rather than later.

Nothing wrong with being 3rd best HW, I think one more L and he hangs them up. As long as he keeps taking on guys made of glass like Helenuis he'll keep his fans happy, just stay away from Usyk and if Fury comes back stay far away.

Wilder still showing he’s not in tune with boxing saying he doesn’t follow it .

His ego will be his downfall once again most likely saying the world needs his greatness, Wilders wife probably gives him advice about boxers if she’s the one going to fights and keeping up with it as he states which is reallly ,really backwards .

Fighting guys like Helenius after a long lay off doesn’t make him third best .

I make more money outside of the ring than inside of the ring. To even get in the ring, I need to have a certain minimum.
Wow, non title fights against non cash cows must be paying really well these days

He can spend the next few years making entertaining fights against decent but not great heavyweights. I won't buy them, but nothing really wrong with it if people are entertained. Arturo gatti lost a lot of fights as well.

I doubt he would ever fight usyk, but it would be fascinating to see if he could land even a single punch against him. I kind of doubt it.
