    Comments Thread For: Deontay Wilder Plans To Fight Till Age Of 40: Comeback Was Hard Decision

    Even boxing superfan LL Cool J can call it a comeback. Deontay Wilder will return to the ring one year after suffering his second career loss to Tyson Fury when the former heavyweight champion takes on Robert Helenius at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York on Oct. 15 headlining a FOX pay-per-view.

    He's coming back only cuz Fury's retiring.
    His broken soul just wouldn't allow him to share the same space with a guy who ***ed him up twice.
    But it's funny to watch them pretending as if nothing happened.

      Good to hear. Over those years we should get to see him against Joshua and Usyk plus other shining stars who pop-up.

        Helenius should be a easy tune up .

        but .... wilder needs to fight ruiz if he wins and or joshua usyk winner or loser .

        if fury fights the winner ,no biggie just fight tye loser .

          With opponents of Helenius' caliber, Wilder could fight on until he's 55.

            Wilder is fighting to add to his legacy. There are potential fights out there with Anthony Joshua, Oleksandr Usyk and possibly even Tyson Fury again;

            Especially if Wilder is planning on fighting for another three to four years. Then there is Andy Ruiz, Joseph Parker, Joe Joyce, Dillian Whyte and even Dereck Chisora.

                I can tell they labeled your gender wrong at birth and likely stitched up your vaj and fashioned you some balls, cause that was the most bi/t/c/h made post I’ve seen here in about 5 years. Your body pumps estrogen and you need fake drama to enjoy the sport. Here’s a newsflash groupie noob to boxing, hardly any fighters despite their in ring drama end up hating each other after their fights. Only fury and Canelo Midol bishes think otherwise.

                  To the writer of this article; Deontay Wilder was a 2008 Olympic bronze medalist not a 2004 Olympic bronze medalist.

                    Only a fool believes Fury is really retired.
