I definitely would like to see the outcome of this fight, between these two.
Benn would force Thurman to fight virtually every minute of every round.
I believe that would ignite a firefight of epic proportions that would leave one of them knocked out.
Conor Benn would probably come out on top in this one, due to his youthful energy.

Hold the presses just saw a post on this platform that Conor Benn vs Chris Eubank Jr., has just been finalized for October 8, 2022!
This one is a bit tough for me to call, but I'll have to take Eubank Jr., on this one, due to his fighting better opposition, height, and weight advantage's.
I don't think that Been's youth will be served in this fight, because I believe that Eubank's experience, and above stated advantages will prevail.

Maybe SHO wouldn't be interested in that match-up. They could potentially use Thurman to build up Ennis/Stanionis/Crowley.

Its a good fight for Thurman in the UK, he knows it would draw over there so he could get a good payday and if he cant beat Connor he may as well retire.

Not true at all. A majority of fight negotiations begin after a contract is submitted from one promotion/manager of a fighter to another. In other cases a contract outline is submitted which usually includes some of the bigger items like money. If I'm not mistaken, Benn and Hern brought up Thurman as a potential opponent which means they are the ones who would submit an offer to Thurman. The fact they have yet to, tells you Thurman was never a serious option.

Yes I'm sure thurman wants bud and spence and Benn could wreck those plans. Benn is high risk, low reward. But I guess if thurman is paid well that's reward

I’d love to see this fight but I really don’t think Benn’s people want it and I seriously doubt they could afford Thurman. Thurmans only in this game for EASY
                money.

Well I don't know exactly if there was interest shown. I believe Benn genuinely wants to fight him. And with Jose Ramirez they made genuine offers which were knocked back. I've not heard if any offers have been made to Thurman, and I'm not prepared to claim they have. But I'll say this. PBC don't do business with Hearn, which he knows, but out of all the PBC connected people, there seems to be one guy who is at least cordial with Hearn and will at least answer him. That's Luis DeCubas. Who happens to be Thurman's manager. Hearn is quite prone to asking what the chances are about making certain fights for his fighters against DeCubas managed fighters. And DeCubas humours him and says he'll run it by Al. But he never gets back with a positive answer. I don't believe there was an offer made to Thurman, but I do believe interest was registered by way of contacting DeCubas. So they know Benn wants that fight. But as with all Hearn fighters, they won't do business with him. That's why their looking for left field options, like Ramirez and now the Eubank fight which has just been made.

is thurman really worth any more than Eubank in the UK? Can't believe people buy into this clown talk anymore. He doesn't want to fight, is looking for a big cashout vs Spence who he could have fought 5 years. Yeah, i know all the fake injuries like the red coloring he put on his elbow a few years ago. Ennis is free and indirectly connected to PBC vs his Showtime deal. Benn is tied up at the moment. If Spence/Crawford don't happen, then we know who Haymon is feeding to Spence based on his fraud WBC #1 ranking.

People who listen to Thurman at this point can join Bob's Pet Rock Club.

He wanted a 10 million guarantee to fight Crawford. Manny's 20 million was more realistic.

I don't know why Benn keeps mentioning Thurman's name when nor him or his promoter Hearn have any interest in making that fight. Hearn has just sacrificed him to move up 2 weight classes and take a career changing beating, he shouldn't be calling out other fighters right now.

With that being said, I don't think Benn would win a round against Thurman.
