This is a good style for Ortiz to go up against. Typically they try to avoid these types of fighters with Ortiz's style but with only 2 Kos, they went for it

Yeah, it does; overtraining is a thing. Seven days a week may not be sensible; havng a recovery day once a week could help.

Bs he fought 4 times in 2019, once in 2020(start of covid) twice in 2019 and bout to be 1st time in 2022 since last fight fell through with illness

Overtraining is worse tgan undertraining. The numbskulls around Ortiz should have never let him train like that , that's just dumb. Two " on" , one " off" is a good training schedule. If he's overtraining like that to cut wait , he needs to act like a professional and control what he puts in his mouth and how much of it.
