Excellent matchup, although I'm a bit disappointed by Ramirez stepping aside. The guy can't reschedule a wedding for a chance to be world champ again?!!

So what you meant to say was, Not only did Ramirez lose to Taylor, but he actually should have 3 defeats on his record, as he lost to Zepeda and Postol also, and was fortunate to get those decisions. I like Ramirez and would like to see him win a title again, but he's been a bit fortunate in the past.
      You're wrong.

140 can take the lead in boxing. Cryan Garcia and Teo Lopez are there. Devin Haney, Rolly Romero and Tank Davis are on their way. Prograis, Ramirez and Zepeda

The belts fragmenting following an undisputed champion either moving up or being forced to vacate can sometimes be a farce (see the WBA's ordered fight at 140), but sometimes it can lead to intriguing matchups. This is definitely a fight worthy of becoming a titlist (as was Ramirez-Zepeda).

Actually I'm not. If Kenny Bayliss shouts break, and Taylor then throws, you'd have a point. Bayliss did not call break. If Bayliss decides to physically intervene and step between them, then that is a break. He didn't do that either. He started to go between then changed his mind and stepped back allowing the fight to continue. Protect yourself at all times. Jose did not. It was a schoolboy error and Taylor punished him for it. Plain and simple. So, not wrong, just facts.

Explain to me why it should have been a no contest please.
