Ditto TS. I've already made several posts about this post fight. I thought the fight was dull after the halfway point. I find it to be inexcusable Floyd wouldn't force the fight to end in a bout of this caliber. He has nothing but hard fights after this, so he should've dazzled while the moment was there. He spent 90+% of the fight pecking poor Juan to death instead of opening up and putting punches together. Should've been a mid rounds stoppage in this one.

He's got no one to blame but himself for not getting the praise Pacquiao does from casual fans. I expect Floyd to be flamed like nobodies business until his next fight after this ho-hum win. The hate will be at record levels.

To a certain extent I was disappointed with Floyd......
When Marquez hit him with that Right hand I was like... Dahm!!!!!
        Floyd shouldnt let that happen,
One or two of my buds are Pacquiao fans and always thought that Pacquiao would beat Mayweather,
they took that back after watching Floyd lastnight,
He should of sparked Marquez out on a few occassions!
He was missing wildly with the uppercut he was throwing,
apart from that I was happy and even Floyd said it "Im gonna get better!"

Agreed, the moment the bell rang and the size advantage was so apparant did anyone really think this fight was legit? Mosley would have stomped Marquez.

Co-Sign.. It's not racism or discrimination. It's because he chooses not to take out his opponents, deciding instead to make the fight slow and drawn out. Does he truly expect casual fans to enjoy that? I also agree that his next fight should determine his greatness. This was a horribly mismatched tune up fight where Mayweather pretty much gave himself every advantage in the book.

I was also not impressed, he seemed a bit lazy at times and way to hesitant, He hasn't had a fight in 2 years so maybe it was the rust but I was a bit dissapointed myself....

I also expected Marquez to put up more of a fight but it was clear they were in different classes...

A win's a win at the end of the day but it wasn't too "pretty" I'll admit.
