I think Shield's chin is reliable and am not worried about Marshall's punch, Clarresa has been put down in the first round vs. Hanna Gabriel, who is a great puncher ( for womens standards ) but the G.W.O.A.T brushed it off and dominated the remaining rounds.

Marshall can only win by a premature stoppage or completely put Shields OUT, that is what the odds should reflect, but the sportbooks got it wrong.
The Gabriels fight undermines your argument rather than backing it up.

Let's remind ourselves that Hanna Gabriels fought her whole career as Light MW and was coming up to fight the bigger fighter. The last time Gabriels had a KO (rather than a TKO) was 2009. She knocked Shields on her backside with her first clean punch. Then the ref steps in to give Clarissa a whole bunch of time to recover. Great chin!

Every time Shields talks with Marshall in her presence she sounds hyper and panicked, her shrill voice sounds desperately fearful because she is not sure why Marshall is so confident. Shields is accustomed to all easy fights vs inferior overmatched opponents that she KNEW she would win. Now with Marshall it's totally different. Marshall is coming to win, believes she will win. This chemistry difference is frightening for Shields who can't hide the self doubt and confusion. Her instinct is to scream out lies and BS and sometimes incoherent babble, "You couldn't clean my drawers." WTF did that mean? Total nonsense incoherent confusion. Shields is all shook up and this patter will transfer to the fight itself. She will crumble like a crumb cake. "Winning the physical fight is easy after you win the mental fight," once said Andrew Golota. Shields has clearly lost the mental fight - and it's fate that she will lose the physical fight.

They can say what they want about Shields but what we do know is she’s coming to fight. I have yet to meet someone from Flint that couldn’t if they stayed in the game a while. All Shields has to do is remain relaxed be defensively smart and Marshall can’t out work her nor have she faced anyone who throws so many punches. I just don’t want Shields to throw missing shots, that’s why it’s important to be relaxed but confident!

And Jermell Charlo talks crazy, doesn't play video games and is all railed up at press conferences or when someone gets in his face. Shields is what she is. Pay that no mind. If Marshall doesn't let the hands go, Shield will rack on rounds on her just like she did Hammer.

She's normally cool and poised with all other opponents, ever since Marshall began taunting and hunting her she's been having anxiety attacks. She CLEARLY fears somethings about Marshall. And I think most of all it's Marshall's total supreme confidence that really bothers her and freaks her out. She has never encountered that before.

Only took halfway through the promotion before Claressa brings up some race baiting. A new record for her.

Do you think Savanna Marshall wishes she was black like Claressa as she says?
