You don't follow sport do you? Women run the marathon, race walk for 50 km, swim 25km in open water. Now being in the ring for 36 minutes is too much for their cardio bull****. LOL GTFOHComment

All in FAR slower times than the men.
Theres a reason women only play 3 sets, they cannot sustain a physical pace for as long as men.
It's clearly you who doesn't follow something my friend, and that thing, is common sense.Comment

How does this affect their head-to-head?
In boxing, a head-to-head result always counts more than anything else. And a pro result always means more than what happened in the amateurs. Whoever wins this pro bout will have the bragging rights.
Of course, according to Shields it doesn't bother her at all...Comment

Their head-to-head could have been a fluke win on a bad day for Shields.

Medaling in a boxing tournament like the Olympics would be a better indicator of true ability.
Does Savannah have any Olympic medals? Because I know Claressa has two gold ones.Last edited by ShoulderRoll; 07-28-2022, 02:52 PM.Comment

Probably not a fluke.
even if you look at their common opponents, Marshall dealt with them in far better fashion. Of course that doesn’t mean everything, but it proves they’re likely operating at a similar level at least. So it’s highly unlikely it’s a fluke.
as for Olympic medals, that’s doesn’t always mean anything in the pros or head to head. Marshall was the world amateur champion, So there’s proof she could win big amateur tournaments too. Olympics and world championships are pretty much interchangeable in quality because it’s always the same fighters competing in both. So she may not have an Olympic medal, but she showed she was a top amateur anyway winning the world championships.
some of the best pro boxers won nothing as an amateur anyway.
Marshall will beat up Shields.Comment
