Why hasn't PBC had a winning fighter outside the country in over 5 years?
Errol Spence and Gervonta Davis went overseas. Those are major champions and names in the sport. Don't compare that to a woman boxer and a disgraced drug cheat.

Shakur isn’t a big man. Ive see. Him best to Haney and Haney Looks 2 weight classes bigger. He should take all the belts he can before going up to 140. He is too small for welterweight.

Jared Anderson is not a known drug cheat and you never mentioned the type of fighter.
You're the one who has moved the goal posts. You said name a fighter. I said Beterbiev and Gvozydk. Then you say name an American fighter. I said Haney. Then you said oh that doesn't count. Should Spence's fight not count since his first 15 fights were with Goldenboy?

Ok, that's one in your favor. Arum will send a prospect with 11 fights abroad.
And he'll risk women boxers too, as well as foreign boxers who aren't big draws, and a guy in Haney that wasn't with the company until they coukd bend him over a barrel to accept short money and a horrible rematch clause.
