Common sense seems to evade people like you. Although I dont really wonder. Wisdom and common sense is a rarity to some.

Greats beat greats not duck them.

Oh I just watched Gayweather piss in his pants again when Mosley confronted him face to face. Just like gayweather pissed in his pants when Margarito confronted him.

People ****ted on the Oscar win. They ****ted on the Hatton win. And if he beat Shane next they will just say he was old and had a long layoff. It's obvious people hate him

The haters obviously won't all go away, I'm just saying if it's fans he's after, then fight the best fighters.

at this point im not so sure. Every victory has an excuse attached to it. for instance, i saw this fight as a chance to see where he was at and to see if he lost anything. But nobody viewed it as such, most people saw it as him protecting his record when in reality this was more or less a comeback fight.

I know you say its the way he picks his fights, but everyone was demanding a de la hoya fight, and everyone was demanding a ricky hatton fight. while nobody was rabid about this fight, its his next choice in opponent that defines, at least to me, if hes really out to protect his record or not.

Hes always eventually fought the fights people wanted to see. I know people will likely quote my last sentence and try to say im lying, but in the last 4 years, judah, baldomir, gatti, hatton and de la hoya were all fights that were in high demand at the time they were made.

Its the way he wins his fights is what i think people cant stand, there has never been a knockout artist, no matter how much his handlers cherry picked, that people didint love to death. Mayweather is just never going to be that guy.

Im willing to be patient with floyd, but his next choice in opponent is very very important to me.

I used to be a gayweather fan.

Until his ducking piled up the smell of the **** can be realized from the moon.

            Greats beat greats.

Had he fought the best in moving up I wont hesitate to call him an ATG.

Now take a look at Pac and his 6 titles and 4 FCKIN LINEAL TITLES.

That means when he moved up he fought the best.

            Gayweather didnt do that.

Instead he settled for the Baldo's, Judahs, and bloated JMM's instead of facing the Kostyas and the Mosleys.

            He's a duck.

            Plain and simple.

I dont think people dont like him because of his choice of opponent.

Its his defensive style and annoying attitude that puts people off. He has been considered p4p No.1 for years, and eventhough we all agree he is, many people still dont like him.

I respect his ability and dedictation, but cant stand him. It will always be that way even if he beats the best WW's etc, because as a person he will never change.

Maybe the one thing that i could really like is if he had to come from behind to win, or take on a fighter i didnt believe he could beat. I dont see that happening.

I never liked Leonard, but grew to respect him for his comeback win against Hearns and facing Hagler.

loyd faced JMM, and couldnt even make the weight.

Great boxer, but i cant be a fan.

Your Confucius now? Like I said get off the gas with the common sense issue. It's an educated opinion, and because I don't see your point of view, I then lack common sense right? I even stated I agree with you, he needs to go for the gusto, all I'm saying is, if he chooses to he has the skills and ability to back it up and not get rolled over. Understand?

I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt as well because after all this was his first fight in almost 2 years, I just hope he fights one of the top fighters in his next fight. He might be forced to because of his financial situation.

The DLH and Hatton wins are pretty good wins, better wins than some people give him credit for.

Floyd was the lineal champ at 130, 135 and 147. Like it or not Judah and Baldo were the two top guys there.

Kostya didn't want to fight PBF and was a Showtime guy. Hatton turned Floyd down twice at 140. Shane turned Floyd down twice, once at LW and once at WW.

I don't get how hating on Floyd is entertaining. Go to bed
