Beceause both have been fighting at 135. Even his last fight vs Fortuna was supposed be to at 135 but due to Fortuna was a last minute call he couldn't make 135 and requested 140. Ryan ducked Jo Jo Diaz and cherry picked an out of shape Fortuna, remember he called him chubby. Ryan hasn't proved anything with his latest bout. Ryan is a known ducker.

I dont think he can make 135 anymore, he loos drained even at 140.
