I've come to terms to lowering my expectations in this goddam sport. It's just so annoying to see news articles after another with zero mention of what exactly is being done to make things happen. It's always been about growling and barking.

Correct, both pretty much unproven at the highest level - one more so that the other - and another reason why I just don't see this (if it even happens) as a "super fight".

Now or never: How about the fight, Ryan?
Clear steps were laid out. Call to arrange a meeting.

Neither has any belts, they could just fight at 137.5. BOTH have fought at 135 and 140 very recently. Split the difference and its a non issue.

this fight aint happening though, things have changed. Tito, DLH, Mosley used to all fight each other. now days everyone is a prima donna and you got guys who are like 30 who havent fought nobody yet/

I agree. For Garcia, it would be the biggest challenge by far. For Tank, probably the biggest money fight, since I think Davis/Garcia would outdraw anything previous. Hoping Floyd/Oscar don't fcuk things up.

yeah Ryan come up with something weird like "I'm In Negotiations To Fight Canelo" like he made up the Pacquiao thing or even if negotiations start, Oscar is going to start throwing up Road Blocks and ruin negotiations like he did with the Munguia fight

so yeah you can't depend on him at all but I hope it happens next and something does get worked out, it is a huge fight that would make a ton of money
