1. Pac fight was never a thing. Only one who announced it was Ryan himself. Dude pulled out of negotiations for a real fight for an imaginary one.

3. I don’t like Ryan because he displays fraud behavior. He’s bailed on multiple fights, not just the tank one. He does more chatter on social media than actual fighting in the ring and hes accomplished nothing in the sport. Especially not to be dictating the terms of the fight to an actual accomplished fighter who sells more tickets than him in the same exact arena he just fought in. Have you not been paying attention to how Oscar protects his fighters while simultaneously pretending he wants to make fights so that the simple minded fan base get suckered? We’ve seen it with Canelo, munguia and Ryan. They pretend they want to make a fight, but then there’s some weight demands, if not there’s a lowball purse offer. If not that, he blames the other television providers while pledging allegiance to dazn. One or all of these factors always come into play with the fight fighters that Oscar protects. Garcia was supposedly forced to fight his last fight at 140 at Fortuna's request. He should be delighted to have the opportunity to fight in the class he's one fight removed from...

How do you define "has always been at 135"?

I don't think Tank has any obligation to move up, but let's stick to actual facts. Garcia's last two fights have been at 140. The last time he fought at 135 was 18 months ago, which is a significant stretch of time considering he is 23 years old and the length of his career (putting it another way, his pro career is six years old, so it was 25% of the length of his career ago that he last fought at 135). Also, I think the grand total of his fights at 135 is 6 fights. Out of 23 pro fights.

So, once again how are you defining "always" given these facts? Is this the always that means: a portion of the time, but clearly not always.
