floyd tried to fight mosley back when shane was at 135, shane turned him down. floyd challenged him again when shane was at 147, shane again turned him down.

he also called out cotto at 140 but cotto didnt want to fight him eighter (in 2005).

to say he did nothing in the last 6 years is just ignorant, no offense but come on.
OK after Oscar Shane called him out. People still wanted to see Margarito more than Hatton. And, he could of fought Cotto also instead of Hatton in 2007. He chose the weakest opponent that he could make a lot of money on. Pretty much easy fight big money. God forbids if he fights a tough fight.

And, really bro Cotto at 2005? How green was Cotto at that time?

He could of picked Mosley for this fight Mosley was calling him out.

And, let me see Floyd called out Mosley at 135. When Mosley went up 2 weightclasses to challenge the #1 WW and a prime Oscar (not the passed his prime Oscar that Floyd fought)

And, also is the Mosley fight bigger now for Floyd or was it bigger back then?

His last 6yrs- Victoriano Sosa, Phillip Ndou, Demarcus Corley, Henry Bruseles, Arturo Gatti, Sharmba Mitchell, Zab Judah, Carlos Baldomir, Oscar De la Hoya, Ricky Hatton, and Juan Manuel Marquez. Does that seem like a great resume to you? Besides for the Oscar(old Oscar) and Hatton huge money fight. The rest are sorry ass fights. I don't know how you could say he did something the last 6yrs.

Here is an example of what his last 6yrs could of look like. Joel Casamayor, Stevie Johnston, Paul Spadafora, Leo Dorin, Kostya Tszyu, Antonio Margarito, Oscar De la Hoya, Ricky Hatton, and he could of had his first fight back with either Shane, Pac, Cotto, Clottey, or Williams. If he would of accepted or went after the fights.

The whole thing that bothered me is that Floyd gave Mosley
props during his post interview and Mosley disrespected him
big time. And that other douch bag, whats his name?
      Kellerman, is an *******.

Any prize fighter, after proving themselves, should try & make as much as they can while working because there isn't much after. Btw, I don't care if he makes 10 or 2 million because it's not my money--I don't worry about his account--but as a fighter and as a person with common sense--I say get the money while you can. calm yourself
Ok well I don't know what to say to you. How can you not want want/demand the best fight out there for boxing. You must not be a boxing fan. Any true boxing fans wants the best fights out there. The most competitive fights out there. you not a boxing fan bro. You proved

And for the record the only thing Mayweather has proven in the last 6yrs is that he is the best cherry picker in the business.

You know Kellerman is a big Floyd fan. He is actually one of the few commentators and boxing people to give the benefit of the doubt everytime. And, of his true fans. He always defends Floyd. Even during the fight he was sucking on Floyd's ****.

Cotto's management said he called him out--and that Cotto wasn't ready--that was Bob Arum's mouth, not Floyd's. and Mosely, himself stated that at the time he didn't have any interest in fighting Floyd. I didn't start watching boxing or fighting yesterday and I ain't giving him excuses--the only reason why I'm even typing in Floyd's defense is because there is much bull**** posted in these forums from idiots. Marquez isn't an easy fight, Floyd made it look easy and not because of the weight either. Weight doesn't make a great fighter only be able to hit you 5 times a round--that's skill. I'm sure you're bigger than Marquez & I'm also sure he'd put his hands on you a lot more than he did Floyd. Weight comes into play in the areas of punch resistance and punching power--thus allowing you to impose your will on a smaller man. Floyd doesn't fight that way, he out quicks & out thinks you and that's a problem for any fighter. Will he fight bigger stronger guys who come in the ring as middle weights? Maybe, hopefully, but if he doesn't you won't see posts from me whining and calling him names because of it. BTW, where is all the bitching about other guys who've made their whole careers fighting smaller men and bullying them? I guess you never hear a complaint about them because, it's pleasing to watch?

see, your talking from emotions and not reality Mosley and Cotto
fought on NOV 10th 2007 and Floyd fought Hatton on Dec 8 2007
so how could they have fought?

And your question is "And, also is the Mosley fight bigger now for Floyd or was it bigger back then?"

Mosley is not even a big fight now. Shane offered Floyd 8Mil
after he beat Margarito to a retired guy who made 50Mil?
come on man. Margarito! Oh boy, Floyd was chasing Oscar
a far bigger and better fighter than Margarito ever was or
will be AND thats why Margarito didnt happen PLUS he proved
his worth by getting caught cheating and beat down in the
same night. Mosley fought a prime Oscar juiced up possibly
two times and arguable lost the 2nd fight where it was confirmed
he had the juice in him AND Oscar was a champ and the bigger
man when Floyd fought him at 154 Oscar comfortable weight.

Kellerman give him no respect whatsoever, didn't even talk about the win apart from muttering something like "Yeah, it was a good performance"

And then he drops "So let's talk about the choice of Marquez as your opponent"

                  Brutal Max, brutal.

nah bruh! I remember when Kellerman was dissing Floyd after a fight
talking about Floyd needs to man up and fight a real threat. I cant
remember what fight it was but he definitely sunk his claws into
                    Floyd.

didnt floyd said before... "he doesnt need to call anyone out, boxer call him out"
and that just exactly what mosley did right in front of his face. i applauded for
                      what shane did....

this shows how big ***** mayweather is... the self proclaim best fighter pound
for pound. wouldnt even get in the ring with the top 5 elite WW fighter.

i dont care if you have the very best skills in boxing, but if you dont **** with
with the elite ww fighter, you aint ****.... i guess mayweather skill is only good
                      for midget boxer.
