I think that depends on how Pac looks. If Pac goes in and destroys Cotto with ease. I doubt PBF will fight him. If pac wins but has trouble and struggles then yes I think it will happen.

However if Pac beats Cotto then I don't think nobody would say Pac is too small cuz he beat a legit top WW. That would be the difference as in JMM. JMM has never fought WW. Not even a true top Jr WW.
