I guess it's a real exhibition fight. Pac will take it easy on him.

All proceeds will go to the victims of the war in Ukraine and homeless people.

He may not go in there wanting to hurt the YouTuber but he's training hard.
Instead of doing this, why not just donate money to those causes ?

Because fundraising events are more cost effective. He's not a multibillionaire. I personally have no interest in exhibitions so will not be watching but I can understand why he's doing it.

I mean skip the whole ''event'' process and just send the causes a check.

If you're referring to the individuals who will pay to watch the exhibition then I tend to agree. If I genuinely cared about Ukraine and wasn't just virtue signalling I would be inclined to send a cheque and forgo any "entertainment" expected in return. But not everyone thinks this way. It doesn't bother me because I won't be watching any of these hasbeen exhibitions.

Why don't people, Pac in this case, just send a check ?
An exhibition match doesn't have to take place if his sole intension is to raise money for his cause(s) ?
He can even do it anonymously.

Unless he feels ''an event'' would raise X amount and that amount is out of his reach ?
I'm curious to see how much his exhibition match will raise.

He probably gets multiple donation requests everyday - not least from within his own impoverished nation. He's not Bill Gates so this is probably a better way to do it. Plus he probably is virtue signalling slightly.

No one has to give everything they have.
No one expects Pac to give more than he can.
I don't know how much the Youtuber can contribute to the event, I never heard of him.
Pac is not maximizing the amount potential if the Youtuber is a marginal character.

There also is no mention of how much of the proceeds go to the causes.
Events have huge overhead that can be skipped if a person just sends a check.
A check where 90+% goes straight to the charity.

Spence would have ran him over like Mach truck and sent him out in a body bag, Ugas let him retire gracefully, in hindsight it worked out better for Manny not facing Spence who was in amazing form as he showed pummeling Ugas.
