Canelo fought old, shot Kovalev at 175 but then proceeded to fight the #1 or #2 best fighter at the weight in Bivol.

Tank on the other hand will fight Barrios at 140 but then ducks Ryan Garcia at that weight.

canelo fought fielding and then went back to 160. Didn’t fight again at 168 until 2 yrs later. Canelo fight Kovalev and didn’t go back to lhw until 2 and a half years later. Now when canelo went back up, as you said it was to face champions. Who the fk is Ryan garcia? I love to see Davis-Vargas at135. Vargas is a big boy. Explosive fight. Maybe after one fight for Vargas and enough prep time. I'm very cool with that.
