Well didn't Tank go to 140 to fought Barrios? A totally useless fight! So why not go and fight Garcia at 140 for a lot of more $$? Davis hasn't fought anyone other than Cruz to be considered great! People buy into this media shhit and believe it all! Who has Davis fought, compare to who Garcia fought? No body, these 2 guys haven't fought anyone relevant enough to be considered great. Guys is not who wins a title who becomes a champ, is the one who defends his title vs the best 10 contenders who becomes a real champ! Davis is no champ, Haney is the real champ of the division! Like Roger used to say it. "You guys don't know KaKa about boxing

So this guy doesn't fight at 135. Davis shouldn't be doing him any favors. It's 135 or bust. Nobody is gonna rearrange their lives for this *******. He should find himself a weight division first.

What does ******* bring to the table? Nothing.

        Screw him.
Actually Fortuna was the one that asked for the 140 lb limit supposedly 7 weeks was not enough time for him to get down to 135, and that came straight from him during an interview I saw on YouTube before the fight

Fortuna was fully paid to say that, with a NDA. Did Tagoe request it too? That fight was also at lightwelter.
They can't fool me. LadyRy last fought at lightweight almost 2 years ago (Campbell).

They said Furtuna rehydrated to almost 160. Then LadyRy was165-170 at minimum.
I talked about this before the fight even happened.

          Screw Hearn.

It’s a big fight but not one that is worth a co promotion. Won’t generate enough revenue to for all those hands in the pot. After the fighters purse, 2 promoters, and the network take their cut it’s not that big of a fight.

why can't they both share the money? It's not like DAZN hasn't sunk millions into Garcia the same way Showtime has put time and money into Davis.
If Ryan wants to be great and is calling out Tank then fight him at 135 or a catch weight of 137 tops!!! Rye is already making excuses saying only at 140 remember your not the A side so you don't call the shots!!!

What does Tank have to gain from this fight apart from a truckload of money, the best win of his career, respect and adulation from his peers and a massive stage to perform on? Nothing! That's what! He's still only 14 years old bless him and he's basically a blown up 108lber, 5'2" in heels.

The only way this fight should happen is at a catchweight with a rehydration clause and Tank gets a three point headstart on the cards and Ryan has to tie one arm behind his back and Canelo is the ref. Unless Queen Ry is scared, of course... in which case, Tank vs. Santa Cruz II let's get it!

Stop with the bullcrap. If Tank can fight Barrios at 140 then he sure as hell can fight Garcia at 140 for a much bigger payday.

Barrios was a cherry pick. Everyone except for Davis fans who don't care that he only pursues carefully chosen secondary belts understands that Barrios wasn't chosen in a vacuum. Tank hasn't fought any top guys at 135+. That's just smart business though, because he's going to be at a size disadvantage at anything above 130. Insisting for the fight to happen at 140 when Garcia is a clear B-side is just making talk when he knows he can't win without an advantage. Props to Tank though if he takes the fight at 140. This one should happen at 135 or they need to get dropped from the conversation at lightweight, and Matchroom and PBC can bid for it either way. My guess is it doesn't happen.
