What opposition could Ryan Garcia face at 140.

Also, DAZN and GBP lacks fighters at light welterweight, so his options are rather limited.

But from what I am aware there is:

Sandor Martin #4 who defeated an unactive Mickey Garcia at 140.

Jose Zepeda #6 a self-promoted boxer, while he does fight mostly at top rank, he is an independent fighter.

Montana Love at 11# levels lower than his current standing, however he is of the few fighters that fight at the same promotion.

Jack Caterall #3 is self-promoted and mostly fights at the UK in MTK Global and Queensberry. Many fighters at MTK Global fight at Matchroom.

I think the Sandor Martin fight isn't a bad option to announce yourself at junior welterweight. He's universally ranked, good but not too dangerous, wouldn't cost alot and it should be fairly easy to make the fight.
