BUT, the circumstances of the Floyd/JMM fight are so skewed in favor of Floyd, I won't drop JMM from his spot, even in the worst scenario (JMM gets brutally KTFO in round 1).
      thats what i think!

I'd have 1-Pac, 2-Floyd, 3- Jmm to finally drop B-Hop from that undeserved spot.

JMM will drop a spot or two if he loses IMO.

He asked for the fight..KNOWING the risk involved which means he risks his number 2 spot...boxing doesnt work like that.

Did Marquez lose a spot when he lost to Pac the last time? No, because he was expected to lose to the best fighter in the world, Einstein.

This was way back. And since Diaz was never a top 10 fighter, a win over him at above his weight shouldn't get someone there anyway.

Marquez keeps his spot or drops one spot max, and Floyd becomes number 4 or 5.

There is no risk in this fight for Marquez, besides his health. Win or lose, he has everyone's respect and would still deserve another fight with Pac. At 36, and jumping up TWO FULL WEIGHT CLASSES, he gets a free pass tonight, win or lose.
