I agree that his defence is not the standout of his skills in the ring. He tends to rely on his length and often pulls straight back. He’s tall, it won’t be a problem until it’s a problem. I’d like to see him work on it before it comes to that.
He loves throwing his left hook, but has shown he has other punches too. That body shot was great.
Tank has improved all his abilities, feet, defence, patience, timing. I didn’t think he’d have a real tough time with Rolly. Tank is Cobra like with his best strikes. He see’s things and exploits them when the time is right. He looks like a fighter who has come into his own.
I’d expect a much more cautious fight between the two than most would expect. I give the edge to Tank because he has speed and movement everywhere in his game.
I’d expect Vegas odds to be -180+ for Tank at this moment.Comment

That's going to be a problem against Tank Davis who has the skills to slip past an extended arm and land at mid-range.
I think this will be an exciting, big money fight, a great opportunity for both fighters to shed the stink of criticism thrown their way regarding a pair of flaccid resumes.

I don't know whether Ryan "King" Garcia will whoop Gervonta "Tank" Davis' ass, or not.
What I do believe is if Santa Cruz, and Barrios, were able to compete to a certain extent with Davis.
Garcia will give him all kinds of trouble in the ring when they finally do face off with each other.

Why at 140 though? They're both at 135, just have it there.
If he wants to fight Teofimo at 140, cool, go ahead, that's where Teo is now.
But that's a weird call out.
Imagine if Spence was like, "I'll only fight Crawford at 154"
