Not sure, of the two Garcia seems more like a cash cow than Teofimo Lopez but like Barboza Jr said that is the fight he wants.

ZERO Head Movement he is literally straight up with Chin Up, lucky for him he has been matched safely so he has yet to fight anybody that can match his speed and can time him but all that will change once he steps up and fight the very best. Wide open for Big Lefts and Tank Left is Deadly...

A few years ago, this was an 80/20 fight in favor of Tank, but as I said last year, the longer the fight takes to make, the more the odds move into Garcia's favor.

Many fans are stuck in some alternative dimension where Tank is an A-Level fight, he isn't. He's a sold B+ level fighter with a lot of pop, but his temperament is lacking, and will be exposed to a talented fighter. Garcia is getting better, bigger, and more confident. If things keep going the way they're going, within the next year, he will be a big problem for Tank.

I think he gives Tank problems right now
I think he beats him the same way he beat Fortuna , just in the later rounds

Ryan fights nothing like Rolly and there's a gulf in skill,speed and power difference between the two. If you didn't catch the post fight interview,Ryan's well aware of his opponents thinking they can setup that same shot/trap as Luke. He's pretty smart and aware of what's taking place in that ring and it shows. He's never going to show Canelo level head movement in there but he doesn't need to. That speed,power and awareness can take him to that level regardless. Very few great fighters in boxing history checked every box of you think about it. It only takes being great at 2 or 3.
