Well it is confirmed, he is sticking to 140 permanently. Good for him since he is going to make weight comfortably however I see it difficult for Ryan to get any big fights at that division.

Fortuna looked about 40 and fought like he was 50, atrocious performance and another absolutely terrible card of boxing.Shameful.

Ryan took care of business, he doesn't beat Tank but if everybody serious about making the fight then make the fight, it is a very marketable fight
Just saw him then... He's swelling right up. Possible that something went pop in the second knockdown, which would explain why he stayed down after the third.

Credit to Ryan, he's sharp and not afraid to throw punches, and he's stronger then people think. I just wish that he fought Fortuna a year ago instead of waiting for Fortuna to lose to Diaz and be a year older. I just don't understand his whole time off for mental wellness. You'd think the opportunity to punch someone in the face would be a welcome distraction from whatever stress you're under. I love lifting weights and hitting bags, it lets me forget all my problems, I dunno why it's different for Ryan.

GB doesn't have any good options at 140 for Garcia, will be very interesting to see what happens with him over the next few fights. I'd bet on guys like Gabriel Gollaz, Yves Ulysse or Pablo Cesar Cano getting a look for his next fight

BOTH need to step up their level of competition. Neither have taken a real deal step up fight
100% agree they both need to step it up. I’d argue Tank took an actual step up vs Pedraza but that was years ago now, just saying he did do it once.

As far as tonight goes, Fortuna didn’t take the fight to Ryan too many times but when he did I saw what I always see in Ryan which is poor footwork when moving back. Do you honestly think he’s not gonna have to move back at all vs Tank?
